Is it maybe the travel having to get up to Townsville?

Under covid teams are having to fly in fly out.... are the charter flights from sydney direct to townsville?

I'd imagine they would be as they are private charters, but under normal conditions I'd imagine a flight to townsville probably has a stopover in Brisbane.

I think travelling up to Townsville is a pretty massive advantage if it's a direct flight, but if there is a stopover at Brisbane it would make it a pretty long day leading into a game

It would direct surely, especially considering the lack of flights chartered around Australia

Feldt is a weapon imo.

Underrated his whole career, wouldn't be against him playing Origin this year if we wanna move Gagai to centre.

I feel like Feldt should be in origin this year.

I hate the prick, but he's good under the highball (attack and defense), great finisher, stays on his wing and whilst he doesn't do a heap of work out of his own end he does typically get a quick ptb or he fights around so much that the ref usually gives him a penalty. He also brings his kick offs with him just to put a bit of pressure on a normally stock standard part of the game.

Val should be on one wing, but Gagai shouldn't be there this year and Oates is waaaaay down on form (and is also not a winger!! )

Best case you could have Gagai, Feldt and Val in the backline somewhere, but Ponga has to be fullback, and I don't trust Gagai in defence.

I just dont think you drop Gagai just yet. He has earned his spot and i think its fair to show him a bit of loyalty.

Really good coaching from Green this game. Ponga is being completely nullified by them kicking it out every 5th tackle. Reminiscent of teams kicking it dead against Inglis back in the day.
