Well, if McGuire regains his form and goes into the starting side pushing Thaiday to the back row, it's either Gillett or Glenn on the bench, and Glenn is the better player (and has a bigger workrate) at the moment. Gillett has played his best footy as an impact back rower off the bench anyway.
