I have a friend who is a Magpies fan and I offered him 50.5 points start in a bet before the Broncos played them - he thought I was joking so he refused...

I remember that game! Broncos were still coming last at that point. We had a pick the score tipping comp on BroncoNet back in those days and out of sheer bloody mindedness I picked "Broncos 50-0"...and was the only one who did! If only I'd actually put a bet on pick the score!
