2:05pm Sunday 29th September at Totally Workwear Stadium (Langlands Park)

At Totally Workwear Stadium, seriously considering going to this one.

I really hope we get a decent crowd for this one.

We’re undefeated at home this season, as well.

Crowd is usually around 1500-2k tops this year. Capacity is about 3500 if every single seat gets filled, but likely more with the upgrades and there’s a heap of standing room and more seating on the southern end where the bar is now

Being a final and last day of school holidays it’ll easily sell out imo.

I really hope Prince drills into them this week the importance of not being complacent and starting well. No second chances now.

This is the easier of the two draws, but we've been up for so long, you do get that worry about how much longer until that ends. Hopefully not until next season.

Sharks are wounded coming into this, but they still have players that can cause some damage if we're constantly dropping the ball.

Looks like this game is going to be a sell out.

Couldn’t even get grandstand tickets and we’re NRLW members. No early pre-sale that I was aware of either

I don't think there was.

Tickets went on sale to everyone at 10AM I believe.

I unfortunately can't attend because I'm down in Sydney but I wish for the best for our girls. They have the momentum going into the finals, let's all hope our ladies keep it going.

Romy named is very encouraging. When you watch the Dragons press conference Ali seemed to think she would be fine.

She would have been a bad loss if she was out. Hopefully Denman keeps the kicking duties, though.

Game is sold out.

I wonder what crowd they would have got playing this at Suncorp or even Dolphin Oval.

If we win the title this year that’s number 4 (I think🤔)
Matilda’s just had a mural unveiled at Suncorp for winning absolutely **** all.
I bet the girls won’t get jack

Hopefully the girls that were there in '21 remember that game and take some lessons from it.

Broncos were minor premiers and favourites for the premiership. They jumped out to a 16-0 lead early on against Roosters in the SF and were on fire. Then the errors and penalties started creeping in and Roosters hit back before half time with two tries and that set the tone for the second half. Temara came out and absolutely tore us to shreds and Baxter on the back of that had a field day.

Roosters had all of the running in the second half and we just looked so fatigued. We couldn't get any field position and whenever we did get rare opportunities, we were too tired to do anything with it and we weren't doing anything to counteract Roosters line speed. We weren't playing with any depth. Whenever Upton got the ball in an attacking field position she was swarmed on. Sergis made it her personal mission to smash her as she got the ball whenever she linked up with Aiken on the left.

I still maintain that Keilee's try that made it 16-all wasn't a try, but they gave it.

I think we're a far better side than what we were then. During that season you could see some frailties in the side that if an opposition team looked to exploit that, would cause us all sorts of headaches. We're a stronger team this year but make no mistake Sharks have plenty of weapons that can cause the same result if we give them the opportunity. Based on the press conference today it seems like Ali hasn't forgotten that game back in '21 and will be determined to make sure it doesn't happen again.
