Brisbane centre Kotoni Staggs has limped out of the NRL's club training session on Sunday after injuring his hamstring.
Staggs will undergo scans on Monday but appears to be in doubt for the Broncos' match against Newcastle on Thursday after pulling up short following a sprint.

The news is a huge setback for the under-pressure Broncos with David Fifita, Jake Turpin, Jesse Arthars and Jack Bird already sidelined due to injury.

Apparently Arthars has a broken leg now. WTF is going on with this season?

Glenn to play centre...?

I think the safest option would be Glenn. In attack we wouldn’t be as potent but our defence will improve 10 fold

Herbie or Tesi to centre, making Oates back to wing or Herbie stays there?

Personally I think this is a symptom of how Seibold coaches defence. That whole hanging back and waiting for the defence to come to you with zero line speed shit. Standing flat footed and receiving a 120 kilo bowling ball straight to the shoulder and torso at high speed can't be too good for your body as a whole.

Maybe we need a medical and conditioning review, as well as a defence review?

This injury toll is insane.

We seem to get more injuries (big ones at that) in training than we actually do playing.

I think Seibold’s training regiment where he wants the team to train always above game speed is having the opposite effect. We are not going into games looking sharper nor fitter than opposition teams and we drop like ten pins.

I know sometimes luck is a factor but this is getting beyond a fucking joke now and I’ve had a gutful. It’s starting to become a very worrying trend.

And why is it everyone bar Boyd that seems to get injured?

Haven’t we been doing that since 2016-17?
