Superbowl

Costly penalty for the Rams

Seahawks just need a first down now

Denver could have won that. Drake Maye did nothing. Lutz and Payton need to be shot out of a cannon.

Yeah baffling call not to kick that early fieldgoal.

So between the Patriots and Seahawks, who are the "good guys"? I.e. who's Brisbane and who's Melbourne? I need to pick a team to cheer for.

In the Tom Brady era Patriots were basically the storm... numerous claims of cheating, despised players... Belichick being the Bellamy. Brady won like 6 Superbowls in his time there.

Brady went to the Bucs and the Pats fell in a heap... it was basically the CS9 vs Bellamy argument on who was more important, but unlike NRL Brady was definitely more important than Belichick and the Pats fell in a hole, but they were only in that hole for like 4-5yrs or something, and they're back in a Superbowl. There's claims they had a soft draw, but they're still back there.

Seahawks have won a Superbowl within the last decade (I think it's only one), but I don't think they're super successful in the grand scheme of things.

Their QB was the number 3 pick in the 2020 draft, but got thrown on the scrapheap about 3 years in and that can be a career killer, but he's managed to prove himself (2 years in a row now) and get his career back on track.

I know right. Who to root for... The Patriots did win the only superbowl between these two teams previously ... the patriots have won 6 titles to 1 ... Although Seattle are favourites for this game... But Patriots have won 16 of their last 17 games, shaking off a 1-2 start to the season apparently. But they are not favourites... Fcuk me. I don't know. I too need a 'Storm' team to cheer against. The Seahawks play fast and kinda mean like,- like a whole team of angry little Ezra Mams going off. Don't know whether thats a good thing or not...

Patriots sound too successful for me lol

Angry Ezra Mams sounds like something I can get behind.

Just as an FYI from Reddit on where their feelings towards the Superbowl are leaning lol
