Taylor

His bombs were no different than Hunt's..

Anyway, he is out for the season by the sounds of it. It's reported he doesn't have any breaks, but he will have to sit out 6-8 weeks.

Cruel blow to the 20's chances.

Yes, but he took said bombs when a bomb was the right choice. Unlike Hunt, who at times, seems unable to use the right kicking options time again. Don't get e wrong, there is absolutely no way in the world I would want him there instead of Hunt.

6 weeks recovery; he got out of surgery at 2 this morning. He's going well.

Poor kid, his CV will probably only ever show one 1st grade game for the Broncs (one more than most)

Barring any crazy career ending injuries to either Hunt (25yo) or Milf (21yo), Taylor will most likely never play for us ever again.

Making a pretty big assumption that injury is the only reason Hunt or Milf don't see out their careers at Brisbane

Players change clubs a lot and while we hope we don't lose either of them to rivals, you just don't know

If hunt stayed around during the Griffin regime (getting wasted on the bench for 2 years) then he'll be a bronco for life!

Haha true. If you could cop the Griffin years you aren't leaving now.

Definitely, I really do think Milford and Hunt will be here for there career. This home for them, especially Milford. If the Bronos stay loyal to Hunt he won't leave. They only way they leave if something majorly wrongs goes on with the board. Like the Farah debacle.

Yes he probably will, but it's still an assumption

Also, we have 2 halves, not just Hunt

Hilarious...doesn't look like Taylor will even start for the Gold Coast...can't even unseat Tyrone Roberts....my sides are aching from laughing.....another 20 year old is about to learn that he's not the second coming just because he can tear up in age comes....hello Corey Norman mark 2

Don't lump me in with all the other Taylor fans who were willing to move the difference maker and the uncrowned Clive Churchill Medalist (you heard me, Milford was ROBBED). I always maintained that Taylor was a long term prospect and needed AT LEAST one season in the Q Cup before we could be worried about finding him a spot in the first grade side.

I expect 2016 to be a very up and down season for him. He'll got a shot, but I can't see him receiving enough protection to be consistent. In a lot of ways, he'll be similar to Elgey. There will be a few games where he's impressive but in the big games he'll get exposed and of course fans of him won't hear the end of it, expecting him to be the second coming.

I still think he made a mistake leaving the Broncos when he did. If he had have invested a year into himself, I believe he would have received a better deal and would have had a sustainable career. By signing the deal he has, I'm not as confident as I once was.

Jayden is the one that really confuses me but that's another story altogether.

I suspect either one will return at a later date.

He's having his hand operated on again today. He won't start contact till after Christmas.

Pretty low for old mate above to be happy about this.

Think it's pretty low for you to misinterpret (or misrepresent) what I said and then to have a personal go at me about it. For the record I never said I was happy about him needing further surgery. I am not happy about that.

What I said was:

I do think it's funny that he's behind Tyrone Roberts (and if you read Henry's comments, that's got nothing to do with his injury) meaning that he may not be the second coming (as some people on here have suggested).

The poster above is happy because it looks like Taylor is down the pecking order at the Titans, and because he left us for a first grade spot that is pretty funny. He made it quite clear that that was all he was laughing at and not the injury.

I'll tell you what is 'pretty low' 1910 you twisting and purposely misinterpreting someone's words to make them out to be something that they are not.

That is pretty low.

Fail to see how it is twisting; he's behind others at the Titans because he's injured and having an operation today. If you're celebrating and happy he's behind you're essentially celebrating the injury and surgery. Cause and effect.

Unless old mate didn't know he was having an operation today in which case I would apologise. But I can't see why you would be posting about him being behind if you didn't know he wasn't going to start contact till after Christmas. Pre-season hasn't started so no one is behind unless they're injured.

I think it's been explained well enough that the intention wasn't to laugh at a player's injury. Don't make this out to be something it isn't.
