Holy shit... what a return from Alcaraz to win that last point and the match... he looked done but whipped it back over with so much power

Thats such a bad loss from Zverev in the end. Respect for Alcaraz for sure, but Zverev consistently lets those big matches slip like that.

Did all the work to come back from 2 sets down too.

Never liked Novak and never will, and don’t really care about Sinner, but this was the first time he won and I didn’t roll my eyes.

he has had a charmed run to be fair however with 2 late-draw walkovers

This for sure. Absolutely hate Novak. But I hate drug cheats far, far more.

Novak started on fire. Super impressive what he's doing at this age.

I feel like I am the only one that like Novak lol

I've come around to liking him in recent years. He seems much more relaxed in his twilight phase, still does a lot for charity and for the Australian Open, seems to enjoy supporting the younger players too.

It may have already been said but Novak Djokovic has been kissed on the dick this tournament.

His 4th round opponent didn't even take the court, so he won in a walk over (getting to rest his body).

then in the quarters he was down 2 sets to 0 and gets through because his opponent retires witrh an injury.

****ing lucky ****

Alacaraz finding his feet in the match. Hitting some great baseline ground strokes.

Alcaraz seems to be on his way to being just the 9th player to win all four grand slams. Players like Sampras, Murray, McEnroe, Borg etc never managed to do it. Now his competition is a bit weaker, when a 38 year old Novak is still the 3rd best player in the world. Still, it's pretty incredible, and he'll still be only 22 if he pulls it off.

De Minaur is basically latd-career Hewitt and he’s in the top six in the world. The level has come down significantly but Alcaraz can only play who is in front of him. Shame Djokovic wasn’t 10 years younger, that would have been fun to watch.

Tennis needs another 1 preferably 2 who can play at Alcaraz and Sinner’s level.

So no Alcaraz and Sinner got beaten. Massively opens up the Slam…so Djoker will probably add another to his collection.

Could be Zverev finally winning one too. You'd think that's his only real chance to win one.

Djokovic gone too. If Zverev can't win here, he'll never win one.
