Remember that tackle he made on Lolo in the first game at the Cows new stadium? Never see Lolo get dominated like that.
He’s got very solid defence in him.

He's probably big enough, but he struggles as his tackle tally increases. Playing at lock, his tackle count is going to increase significantly. He'll be gassed pretty quickly.

Opposition teams will just run forwards at him and take him out of the game.

If he works to make the transition full time, maybe it could work. But I can't see Staggs ever being the type of player to be in the thick of the action. He's very much a Renouf type, picking his moments when to inject himself.

He wasn`t 1st grade standard any more than Tesi was ... But ,,, he kept getting picked ??
