But footys footy and I'll be watching it.

There is also a game on at 2.30pm. England VS NZ Maori. Its not on telly afaik.

I think it is fantastic that these games are on TV. I would have loved to have seen Maori vs England, I think it will be telecast on Maori TV in NZ. I would have also loved to have seen PMXIII v PNG.

I wish the broadcasters would show these. Rugby League fans have an appetite for games at this time of year and it would do wonders for interest and recognition of international rugby league.

Exactly, i don't think they realize 1 How much we crave games after the season is over and 2 How much we as fans ( i hope I speak for most) love to see how developing countries and talent are going.

I just dont get it.

Rugby League IS Fox Sports. Yet they neglect it.

Im sure these matches if promoted would rate well and it would be something that would grow.

New Zealand Maori against England is also on NZ and UK television...

It pisses me off so much, News Ltd went to war for rugby league Pay TV rights. They have them, now they swander them. I was particularly pissed off about them showing Rugby Super League on a week delay, when everyone knew the results!
