Hey all - long time reader, first time poster.

I'm not the type of person to make these sort of predictions, but given our recent coaching change and the return of Ben Hunt, it seems to be pretty much locked in that we're going all the way in 2025.

On paper and from some complicated analysis I did, I can't see any team coming close to us next year.

So officially putting it out there that we are guaranteed to win the whole thing. Feel free to start making your plans to travel to Sydney for the GF.

Santa is usually quite conservative when it comes to these kind of predictions so to see him being so confident after performing his in depth analysis that he felt compelled to make a thread about it, well I can’t help but to agree.

Definitely a more than handy replacement. But I’m caught up in having Hunt at hooker/emergency halves cover. Means we can’t have any injuries for the first 9 rounds. Just don’t see it happening.

Fair enough. We do have an abundance of serviceable hookers and halves though, it is one area we have a lot of cover.

I think we're probably better off (in the short term) with Hunt over Mam. Hunt is probably more consistent and can kick too.

Our spine, and middle forwards are up there with the best in the comp. We just need the edges to step up. We have the athletes in those positions, hopefully Madge just adds the missing touches.
