I'll keep this reserved for when these ***** are sacked.

If they manage to escape scrutiny from this calamity I'll hire a truck with a billboard on the side until they fall on their swords.

you better hire that truck/billboard then

If the club comes good in the next year or two and the board are still there, I will not give even the slightest of shits.

You’re a living example on why mediocrity has become the accepted norm. You keep thinking if it turns in a couple of years, then a couple more years, then a couple more years it was all worth it.
But here the situation is at rock bottom because the fans and board let it slide. I could hazard a guess you’d be willing on banking on another 2 more years with Milf to come good? Well the horse will be two years down the tracks at that point, great job.

KIIIIIIIIAAAAAA

I'm a living example of someone who only cares about what happens on the football field. I don't pretend to know fully what has happened at the board level and beyond, and I suspect you have no idea yourself.

I think we found the guy that threw his jersey at the door.

You pick such weird battles to fight. No billboard needed there’s going to be blood.

there's not ... unless they sack themselves which won't happen.

and one of the key decision makers (Karl Morris) is the representative on the board of the only people with enough power to vote the board out at the next elections. even if every single other shareholder votes to remove the board, they won't have the numbers without News Corp

This is a great example of why the club should have a community ownership structure. With that comes accountability something Morris couldn't even spell let alone implement.

You have absolutely no idea, at all, not even an inkling, about how News Ltd feel about the employees they have on the board at this club. None. Not one. Because they haven't come out and said a thing, not a single thing. They need this board right now to get rid of someone that only this board can get rid of. They are busy.

If the rumours on how News Ltd Australia are feeling about the team are correct, then it would indicate your assumption couldn't be further from the truth.

Everything is red. Everything is pointing downwards. I have absolutely no idea where you get your thoughts and opinions on boards from, but man, this club is in the fucking toilet, the board is not a good one, and it's pretty likely that one of the largest media companies on the planet will not be happy that their little business is doing **** all except dragging it's own name through the mud. Their own news papers are ripping on them.

my thoughts on the board and how they are selected come from the Brisbane Broncos Ltd Board Charter.

and you're tight i have no idea how News Corp feel about the board ... but that doesn't change the fact that nothing will change until at least the next AGM (2021)

where "one third of directors (other than the Managing Director if applicable) are required to retire and seek re-election from shareholders. The Directors to retire are the ones who have been in office for the longest period. If the number of Directors is not three or a multiple of three, then the number nearest to but not exceeding one third must retire. "

the Broncos have 6 directors. so that means only 2 will be up for re-election. if anyone can be bothered to do the research, you'll know who is up for re-election and who are safe.

It's one thing to read a company charter, it's another to understand what you're actually reading beyond the words that are printed. That is talking about the re-election of the board, it doesn't talk about dissolving the board at all, not even once.

You think is someone wants to resign, they need to wait until the AGM? If someone is done for gross misconduct, we have to wait until the AGM?

No, no we don't have to wait. Emergency meetings can be called at the click of fingers, and forced by share holders. If the largest share holder and Phil Murphy want something done, it happens when they say. It's their business.

You manage to put 2 and 2 together and come up with 7 everytime you talk about the corporate world. I'm not some expert, and will never claim to be, but man, you're so off on this shit.

Wait until you get his take on how Paul White has been doing such a great job
