Must have missed that one. Good appointment by Wayne.Kurt Richards

Hey, might've stirred up some thoughts with some opinions but dumbs a bit harshExactly.....that's why the comment/criticism is so dumb and pointless.
The RL world is only so big.....I'm quite sure the majority of club's staffers (ALL Clubs) have held positions elsewhere......at other clubs
Highlighted even more so in this instance being that there is/was only 3 NRL clubs in Queensland. Most QLD'r working in the NRL industry who prefer to work/stay in QLD.......most likely ALL have had some affiliation with the Broncos, Cowboys and Titans at one point or another.
WB has found people who were unemployed and given them an opportunity......is he not supposed to touch them because at one point in time they were part of Brisbane?
Seems a bit ridiculous to even suggest such a thing........
Harrison GrahamI dont think they have recruited anyone directly from the Broncos at this moment in time.
The only point I’m making is that you can’t expect to sign a heap of ex Broncos staff and not then have a whiff of Bronco in your organisation in some form. You have to get staff from somewhere, when the Broncos started they took Springer, Rach and Canavan from BRL clubs- despite saying they weren't going to rip apart BRL clubs.
Staff is all recycled and moved around. Unless you go off the grid like the Storm and get someone like Lachlan Penfold from the Golden State Warriors and even he was with the Roosters and Lions first- they all just recycle the same people.
Harrison Graham
Harrison Graham
I guess he has gone with a more secure deal over a train and trial.Oh wow so the Harrison Graham signing with Redcliffe is legit? That sucks and seriously, come on Dolphins, sign someone else's affiliations.

They are probably just getting a bit of payback for Gillett, Tate, Petero and Gagai
Yes those guys who missed out on going to the Dolphins because they were a legitimate NRL option back then.
In all honestly, I don't really care as much as I claim I do on here, I just find it funny that this was always going to be what happened but people actually thought it wouldn't in terms of building themselves up to be a Broncos 2.0.
I think its a sensible move. Grab an up and coming guy who doesnt actually have a contract with Brisbane and offer him a bit of security. I dont know if we didnt really want him that much or we underestimated the Dolphins on this one. We had the opportunity to secure him but in all honesty, we have Shaun Packer and Blake Mozer as really promising hookers so we probably didnt feel Graham was a priority.
I think people are sleeping a bit on Shaun Packer. Only seem him a few times, but i've just got a feeling he is going to be really good.Yep I wasn't going to say it but if they got him, I don't really care, he isn't likely to take Paix's spot or have a place with Mozer coming through.

I actually thought he was with the Titans for some reason.

some more info about off field recruitment from the Dolphins:
Collingwood’s commercial partnerships boss Damien McDowell has quit the AFL powerhouse to link with the Dolphins
Shirley Moro will be the organisation’s chief financial officer after nine years with the Broncos.
Former Broncos media chief Trad McLean will be the Dolphins’ head of media and engagement
Tristan Croll has been announced as digital-and-design chief for the NRL’s 17th team.
Terry Reader says:
“We are all excited about the sort of playing talent we can assemble on the field for the Dolphins, but it is imperative we also have a strong roster in administration to build our commercial base,” said Dolphins CEO Terry Reader.
“These are key appointments for the organisation - I have worked alongside these people for many years, so I know what they can deliver.
“I am excited about what the Dolphins will be able to do both on and off the field.”
