I don't know, something just feels off this year, and it just feels clearer after this game. No ref to blame here. The hunger won't be the same after winning last year. Hope I'm wrong, but it'll take a Fast and Furious 9 or whatever CGI turnaround in mid air to have a chance to compete

I has the same feeling last year (at this exact same time). Even made a thread about how much we sucked and weren't gonna win anything.

I was wrong, and you can be wrong too :)
 
Sorry fellow Bronco fans, I just can't bring myself to play I still believe by Tim Cappello. I just don't believe.

Injuries have beaten them into the ground off the back of a shortened preseason, trip to England (second trip for the internationals)... into a tough start to the year draw wise.

We're now into origin and they're running out of steam and have zero confidence... not a position you want to be in under Vlandal ball
 
The 2025 Broncos team is my favourite of all time, they did what no other Broncos team has done, they won the Premiership after 19 long years without Langer without Lockyer without Bennett and with a salary cap. I will never bet against them even though today would've been very profitable.
2026 is the year of our BRONCOS
 
I don't believe for a second we are turning this around but the season isn't dead yet. It will be if we lose next week though and if we get flogged, the wheels might well and truly come off.
 
This time last year we had just come off a terrible loss to Manly and had the bye. The black jerseys turned our season around. We haven't been dealt any favours having Rabbitohs and Sharks without Origin players, but other than Staggs and Haas I don't think we'll be giving too many players to Origin anyway!
 
Premierships aren't won or lost in May.

All it takes is one win to spark something.
 
Our forward pack doesn't have the depth of talent to have a dynasty moving forward. We've got some good players but with Haas moving on and Carrigan in a decline it doesn't look like we're going to be primed for major success.

Leota and JFH were slightly above average props before the Panthers dynasty run.
