Get rid of what is without a doubt hands down, the thing that is most impacting negativly on the game at the moment; Matt Johns, Gus Gould, Chief Harragan and to a lesser extant Laurie Daley. Get rid of these idiots, who repeatedly tell us the bad things about the NRL IMMEDIATLY!

Then look at the Salary Cap and a viable way of increasing it. This ties in with scrapping the inability for player's to earn third party sponsership.

Also, all this dominant/surrender tackles crap. Why gang tackles are rewarded more than one on one tackles is beyond me. Case in point, Thiaday's tackle today where he was penalised for going on with it. A fantastic tackle, straight from the textbook, and yet he has to let the bloke get up immediately for a quick play the ball. I've got no problem with quick play the balls, but then they let teams get 3-4 guys in a tackle and give them an age to all get off. If they want to discourage wrestling and speed the game up (which I assume they do), they have to stop giving teams the time to do these things.
