Come on guys are we really questioning the coach after 4 games. The media are clearly up to their old tricks. Look how much glee they are showing. Case and point the smug smile on Kents face on 360 tonight. If we thought a change in coach would stop the media trying to destroy the club your kidding.
The media has gone out of their way to hype this team. To claim the forward pack was the best in the comp was an absolute joke. There is very little experience there we know it and they know it.
They have hyped these players for two reasons. First to inlfate their asking price to make it hard to keep them and 2nd so when things dont work right the knifes can come out. The pressure is being applied in all fields.
The constant lobbying for a 2nd team in Brisbane whenever expansion is being talked about. The over hyping of players. The Bennet has lost the dressing room. Seibolds half time spray was to harsh but Mcguires half time spray is a thing of beauty especially when he carries a baseball bat. Even Siebs saying sometime you swim in honey or a pool of shit is showing he is under pressure (bullshit it is). The lodge talk, the Jet and whatever else they can drag up to make out the club is going down the drain.
**** old players were bagging Wayne last year and the year before that. Gordo is doing nothing new and neither are other x players. There is always a reason. Kevie has a lot of mates and of course they will put heat on the guy who got the job over him.
In trueth our side needs a hell of a lot of work. We have all been saying for at least the last 2 years that our player list was not right, especially the spine. Our defence has been going backwards since 2015 and so did our attack in regards to ball play.
Siebs is going to need time to fix a hell of a lot of issues.
