Its been almost 72 hours since our worst defeat in our club history and we havent heard a word from the club. At all.

Their Facebook has just two repost of Anthonys presser.

Nothing from their Insta or Twitter.

No email to fans and members

Not even a media conference.

The club is rotten to the core.

For a multi million dollar organisation like the Broncos, who would know full well exactly how badly their fans are hurting right now, it wouldn’t take much to have the work experience media kid knock up a short email to acknowledge the result and let us know the club will do everything it can to turn it around.

Sure, it’s a token gesture at best, but it’s literally the absolute least they could do to engage their distressed fan base. The very best organisations do things like this all the time, the Broncos should be no different.

They’re brain storming where to have a meeting on a pending review. Seibold wants to throw a bbq afterwards.

There’s your problem, the Broncos are no longer one of the best. They’ve finally started coming down to the NRL standard sadly.

Hurting ? Are you actually hurting from the lost ? I’m not. I’m just embarrassed to be a Broncos fan if anything.

I personally don’t want to hear a peep from them, I want them to go do their work and fix what needs to be fixed, then start winning games again.

I’ve heard enough “ohhh sorry to our fans” “we are training the house down” ect ect ect
Don’t want to hear it !

Why would they care anyway? People have already bought their memberships and they aren’t worrying about getting numbers through the gate.

I cannot wait until this second Brisbane team comes in and we finally have some competition in all facets.

I don’t want to read any pieces about how embarrassed and disappointed they are, nor do I want to read anymore about how Milford knows he’s got to live up to his price tag and run the ball more. We’ve read countless articles on how talented albeit young the forwards are.

To me the club as a whole is coming across patronising and full of self importance because they believe being the sole team in a major city ensures them support no matter what. There are a lot of arrogant young shits in this side who’ve done nothing to earn the airs that they carry themselves with.

Reading other forums can also give an objective view, outside of Haas and Fifita no one really rates any of our players. Bronco fans and Brisbane media have hyped up a lot of our very average players as top tier talents when they are not.

I am still angry and so disappointed at the last 2 results. My main worry is that Seibold is unable to inspire the team, and that Milford has again disappeared into his shell. I remember last year's final v Eels. Then, I remember the first 2 rounds this years with wins - with close to our best side, against the Cows and Bunnies. I think of the other night - who was out and the experienced players in the team capable of leadership. Not many there. I think of the fact we played the best side in the comp, along with the Raiders Eels and Storm, sides with settled teams and experienced as well as lots of classy players.

Now, I don't feel so bad.

The acid test for me will be how we go with a full side on the paddock. I'll reseve further judgements until then, which I think is the posiion taken by the club.

Peter Nolan on triple M now.

Edit: It was a nothing interview.
Young team, look at the Roosters in 2016 blah blah, rubbish.
Dobbo asked no decent questions either.

ive finally got some perspective now...didnt have it at 3am the other night..

We are, after all, only talking about 3 games aren't we?...2 nrl games and one finals appearance right..?

We are not Newcastle of a few years ago.....who put this level of effort in FOR YEARS...!

I dont recall too much coming from their media during those years do you..?

BUT....what they have done is identify the need to build a roster around a spine, so they went to market (Ponga, Brailey & Pearce) and the younger guys who weren't mentally crushed from years of losing football (Watson, Mann).

Now, not a World class spine but.....I feel they have done a decent job of building something

Times like these will tell you ample about the character of guys here. We are going to have further bad losses this season...the reasons dont matter, we just will.....and you know it...

So, we have tried to do our own version of that, Bird getting injured was just plain bad luck, but here it is (Issako, Croft, Milf & Turps)

Not a World class spine but.....its what we have....lets stick with it all year, maybe it clicks, maybe it doesn't, but the future of the club going forward demands we find out...

So you're fine with no players fronting the media after the game?

Croft came back out to do 9 and they took pity on him and said don’t worry.

The club has acknowledged that a player should have gone to the offical pc.

Someone spoke to MMM today, said he heard about the lack of media commitments on Friday morning, and it will be addressed, and will never happen again. He apologised to the media.

Croft went to his channel 9 commitments, and Channel 9 decided to cut him slack, and not interview him, so he left.

We've had so many empty words and promises given to us before. This player is beginning to enter his prime, this player is ready to give it his best, burning the boats etc.
Words don't matter anymore, only action matters now.

Seibold and Paul White have to go. Two massive loss in less than 12 months is a disgrace. The fact that he and club served up some bs excuse/explanation is just frustrating.
