Sounds like the codes aren't working at all. Have a few mates with their own codes that aren't working either.

This saved my life - got 10 tickets.
Nothing else worked and the club are useless when it comes to help with this stuff.
I spoke to them last friday asking why I hadn't got an email yet and they said it would come sunday night. Nothing about an email that went out on the 16th - which I never got anyway.
Even the aanredemption site said my details were invalid straight off of my membership card!!

yeah, got put to the back of the queue once my time expired. Were you meant to put the code in where it asks for a password on the game's landing page? or when you select the ticket? (not that it gave you a chance to enter it anyway).

I can only find the one for same seats, which we’ve already purchased, we just want to buy one additional seat for a family member as there’s always a single seat next to our member seats which isn’t taken by a membership. Slim chance it’ll still be available I’d say though, will try my luck tomorrow but was hoping to get in today. Didn’t realise it was one or the other with codes this year!
