I feel sorry for the kid and hope he recovers to fulfill his potential.

Brave thing to do to face the media and let everyone know about the Bipolar, given his young age and the constant bagging by the media of his form etc.

Joey rarely played like crap. I guess his down time was when he wasn't playing the game he loved and used drugs to help compensate.

For all of his indiscretions, Smith definitely has talent and I for one think he's made the right decision for himself and for the game. Hope he gets a lot of time to work through things himself & can return one day...
