Considering Herbie has made it fairly clear he wants a shot at fullback i wouldnt be surprised if we do get Walsh we let Herbie out of his contract for 2023. I reckon he only signed on the premise he got a shot at the 1 shirt.

Walsh > Broncos
CNK > Warriors
Haas > Sombreros
Herbie > Dolphins

Cobbo takes Herbie's vacant centre spot and Pereira comes in to the wing. That's how I see it playing out.

hmmmm, dunno how I feel about this. From what I've seen he's still got a fair way to go, but admittedly I haven't seen a great deal.

In some ways we are righting the wrong though, should never have left.

Has anyone considered it could be a straight swap - TMM for Walsh?
No. He got released cause CNK signed at the Warriors. He has been released for the end of they year. Seems they don’t give a **** where he goes. We are negotiating directly at the minute not to the warriors. I’m saying that when reading the courier mail they it didn’t sound so convincing that he couldn’t be taken from beneath us by the Dolphins or somebody.

Oh there you go. I haven't read any of the articles about it, just heard it here, so I've no idea what's going on. Just thought it might make sense if TMM isn't convinced about staying and would prefer to head back to NZ.

I dunno if its the right move, Walsh comes across as a bit of self obsessed, impatient, entitled wanker, haven't we specifically been trying to get rid of these types of guys?
While talking about signing ponga and Munster, sure.

Not sure you can fault his attitude. He's one of the only players on that Warriors team that never stops trying.
On the field I can’t fault his attitude. Off it he is a little bit arrogant but if you are truly worried about what he was doing and will be doing off it. Remember your golden children Piakura, Carrigan and Palasia are 3 of his best mates especially the earlier 2. So either he isn’t as bad as you thought. Or someone like Carrigan who is the ultimate young man is worse than you think. Point being you don’t have a fucken clue of peoples behaviours cause of the media.

edit: directed at everyone not you @Unbreakable. I thoroughly agree with your thoughts on the matter.
