If Maguire goes to the Tigers and Siebold re-signs with souths and Hasler goes back to manly that soaks up most of the available candidates with recent NRL experience.
I think it only leaves cartwright and barrett neither of whom have been in the frame for the broncos job as far as I know.
It means JD could get the job because he is the last creditable man standing.
I think the Broncos should put the whole thing off until next year as there are a lot of current coaches coming off contract at the end of 2019 and plenty won't get re-appointed so there will be fresh options to consider.
I don't think it is a big deal to wait until sometime next season and see who becomes available after all coaches aren't normally appointed this far in advance.
