Michaels is a gun he will only get better, he showed good pace Friday night considering he is returning from a knee reco.

I agree he is solid FCB, but I suspect only with a gun player along side him. Kimmorley made him look good lastyear and think Barrett will do the same in 2009. I think he would really struggle being the focal point in a NRL side, doubt he has the skill range required. After watching Ben Hunt last year I think we are preparing well for life without Lockyer (shuddering at the thought though!!!!)

Get rid of Michaels, worst outside back the Broncos have ever had (yes that includes Stu Kelly), not good enough to even play QLD Cup IMO.

nah stu kelly was worse, then minto then michaels. i figure the way the broncos signed michaels was they just asked any qld cup team for a "generic stop gap measure for centre" and hes who we got. good to see some others agreeing with me.. months later :P
