Which round of the NRL should POTS go private?

Alright chumbuckets, in the recent BHQ User Opinion Survey, the majority of you indicated you'd like to see the POTS table enter a world of secrecy after a certain point (much like the Dally M table). So now I ask you, my BHQ brethren, when you would like this to happen.

Well it really depends how close it is. If it's neck and neck then going private by round 23 will be pretty good. If it's not so close then about round 20.
