Who do you currently regard as the 3 greatest players & why?

Very few players can turn a game like these guys did/do and do it at all levels of the game.

If you wanna be technical about it and keep in NRL only then my top 4 would be:

Lockyer - IMO is a lot more dynamic in attack and influential on a game than Johns ever was
Johns - Lockyer has the edge on him but still one of the greatest
Langer - Played NRL at the back end of his career but was still dominant and showed why he deserves his legendary status
Jones - Most underrated halfback I've personally seen. Had amazing vision and control.

Same reasons except Langer was dominant for a long time so he gets 2nd place, and Lewis...well there's no explanation needed for the King.

Fittler was certainly dominant when the going was good. When it got tough he went MIA.
