Got it close in the end, did it without the ball for most of it. Winning points ended up being off a clear knock on try.

Not always going to be able to chase it down, especially in our first run for 26.

Plenty of rust from our halves too.

I thought it went backwards and didnt hit mariner when I watched it again. They would have reviewed it. Must not have been enough evidence.

I thought Mam was just as bad. Needs to become a better ball player. Not exactly advanced stuff either he missed.

Yep, as soon as we were allowed some ball, we just obliterated them and if not for some absolutely atrocious goal kicking, we would have at worst drawn with them with absolutely everything going their way.

For 2026, we look great.
 
I had the shits at 30-4 but looking at the stats sheet after the game we won on every important metric but the scoreboard. Them the breaks

The only people supporting Paix at this time are the ones who wanted him in 2 years ago, he offers absolutely nothing.

Wish these nrl clubs would stop losing as 16 point favourites. Really hurting my agenda that the top english clubs would be close to wooden spooners over here.
 
That banner on the screen makes it sound like we've been there 4 consecutive years, the last one was 20 years ago.

There was also a very clear hand under the ball on Minichella's try but it is what it is. Full credit to Hull, they played to the conditions brilliantly and took us way too long to adapt.

Yeah Mam had a shocker sadly but he'll be better for the run. Reynolds on the other hand is super experienced, the captain and should be way better than he was. That error on the first off a scrum when we had momentum into a follow up penalty was atrocious.

Ive always try to support Paix but that run from dummy trying to score was just terrible.
 
Madge will keep picking paix, just as he did last year. I would love to see the stats on points scored with him on the field vs off.
