Haas and Carrigan were already elite, not sure Madge can take too much credit for that. He can take credit for utilising them a bit better but in terms of their quality as footballers, they were there well before Madge turned up.

I would like to see the angle that VAR had that showed the double touch because from the replays I've seen, I can't see a double touch. If there is one, it's the absolute slightest of touches and the trajectory of the ball never changes. From the point of the ball he hits and the follow through, that ball was always going left. Technically, if there was a double touch it's no goal but surely there's room for discretion.

Yeah, I understand it from a rule standpoint, double touch is a foul penalty. But the replays aired to viewers were not clear at all, and I've not been able to find a clip from any of the broadcasters yet that showed it. So as you say, would just be good to see what they saw. Also, Vini Jr is becoming a real frustrating player to watch. Dunno about gloating to fans when you've been the worst player on the pitch by a mile. Can find a headline.
