Why are people talking about Walsh to 7? It will obviously be Madden if a 7 is needed. There is no reason to shift Walsh, look at the Knights fucking around with Ponga stupidly trying to make him a 6.
Because they are idiots. No other club in the NRL would ever entertain the idea of moving their best player out of his preferred position especially when he is only rising and rising every week and hasnt even looked like hitting his ceiling yet. To be honest, it was dumb by Bennett when he done it and he just fluked it that Lockyer could handle the move.

I can see the hesitation on why people don't want to move him to the halves because he is soo fast and fullback allows that more to thrive, but his skills alone could have him as a top tier 7 right now even tbh.

The opposition 2nd rowers would be licking their lips .
He is not up to making 20 tackles on the edge .

He is an attacking weapon . A liability in defence .

Oates will only ever be on the left though to be fair, but mariner **** he fast, has to be top dog in speed for the team.

that tackle he did in the second half on Johnston after he over ran the tackle caught him up and got him proved it the most he was lightning fast.

Locky asked him is he the fastest at the club over 40 metres , he said I think so . Locky said I think you know so .

We don't miss Herbie Farnworth. In fact, good riddance.

Selwyn has already had more try assists in 2 games than Herbie over 3 seasons . LOL
That tip on he gave Arthars last night stunned even Arthars .

Wasn`t as happy about the time he went on the outside almost got pushed into touch and threw the ball on the ground . But then he did it again and good things happened .
He`s gonna do some Selwyn things that other folks can`t do .

I'm pretty sure Herbie had more than one try assist during the last 3 years

14. Havili - He was probably Souths best player along with Milne and scored thanks to a really bad Riki tackle

He needed Reynolds to help him .
But Adam had done his usual trick of racing out of the line and behind the ball .
A good attack coach knows about that habit and exploits it . Expect more of it .

Watching the Dolphins games, Herbie is passing a lot more now that he's on his preferred side.

There are only three certainties in life - death, taxes, and hyperbolic statements on BHQ.

I call it recency bias .
Obvious that Arthars is gonna score more tries outside Selwyn than he would with Herbert . Selwyn looks to set up the winger . Herb looks to set himself up .

Latrell is capable of being the best fullback in the game imo, but he is one of those players who wont ever do it. He is too passive, doesnt get involved as much as he should. Reece always wants the ball and gets into positions to have it, Latrell doesnt do the same thing and its always going to hold him back.

I wonder if Souths are thinking they stuffed out on two counts with letting Reyno walk but also Taaffe.

This side would right now be a contender:
1. Taaffe
2. Graham / someone until he is fit again
3. L.Mitchell
4. Wighton
5. Johnston
6. Walker
7. Reynolds
8. Tatola
9. Cook
10. S.Mitchell (he impressed me last night)
11. Koloamatagi
12. Arrow/someone until he is fit again
13. Murray

14. Havili
15. Burgess
16. Host/Moale
17. Host

Now given they don't have that option any more, I really think they would still benefit by Latrell going back to centre but not sure who should be their fullback. Also, their 7 is a massive issue, not sure what their answer is there - get desperate and give Gray a shot?

That had me scratchin my head .
Also Jesse taking it up from the kick off . Where were the big bodies ?

Please NO ! Not the gang of Ackles . Anything but that ! LOL .
Lol beers and long work day. Auto correct was against me
