Nothing, he was good. Spent too long off the field.

really? ok, he spent a lot of time off the field, maybe, but he should have been fresh when he was on the field and he only managed 9 hitups. from your captain in a game like that, thats ordinary. and the only good thing he did was get elbowed in the face and draw a penalty.....

Great effort as has been pointed out by some, refs didn't cost us the game although that decision hurt us before half time.
We had plenty of chances to take control and couldn't quite do it.

I thought Hunts drop/rake at the end should have been our feed, seen plenty given that way during the year.

Really annoyed by that last bomb, that kick had to go over the tryline to the far winger where all we had to do was knock it backwards and cause a free for all on the ground. Wallace is like, no, I will kick it to the best fullback in the game where he can get maximum protection and because he has a sore leg I won't even make him run that far either.

Broncos fvcked by the refereeing again.

No we weren't.

Waqa's first try was a result of a poor read and then one on one miss tackle from Hoffman.

The put down call was consistent with every other ruling .

All this stuff about an 80 minute performance..

At the moment our first 0-20 and 50-70 are awesome because we've got Petero and Hannant (A+) props and then put on Dodds and Lui (D+/C-); barely NRL level.

Of course we are going to struggle to look as good. This period is where we need Thaiday, Corey, Gillett and Glenn to pull the extra weight.

Hodges was unreal on Friday night. As was Te'o. The fact that we rallied and scored a try to bring it back to 18 all in the 70th minute speaks volumes of where we are at.

Cruelled by Hoffman's basic basic dropped ball for Waqa's second try. Seriously, Waqa didn't contest it, Hoffman got a full two arms on it. Maranta would have taken the mark and out we go to the 20. Kicking out on the full twice is just unforgivable. There were lot's of occasions we needed to just find touch, anywhere, or kick early. I haven't seen us kick on the 4th for weeks.

We were all over the Storm but they are just experts at hanging in and having confidence in the all-star trio.

God I hope we make the finals, we could easily beat Cronulla or Cowboys week 1. Week 2 would be the Rabbitohs (absolute pretenders) or a the side bashed apart by the grand final preview (Manly/Bulldogs). Then bring on one of complacent Bulldogs or Manly the following week.

Yes our kicking was woeful. We hit the back 3 on the full too many times. Hook should have sent a message down to just get it over the dead ball line for a 20 mtr restart.

So waqa dropped the ball cold and the storm won by one point, but you don't think they screwed us??? I'm all for being hard on the team but gees

Also that call was consistent with nothing except the inconsistency shown by the refs week in and week out. Grounding with the torso only applies if you don't knock the ball on in the first place FFS
