Oates didn't get much ball in Rocky, played on the right and scored a try. Vidot made a nice run for a try for Barba and was strong but clearly was a bit lost.

I had to work last night so didn't see any of the game (except the last 10 mins) so can't really comment on how the boys played.

I'm just glad they showed some spirit and repelled the Warriors at the end to hold on for a great win.

Regardless of how we started the game, it's more important that we finish well and get the 'W' so in that regard, well done guys :takdir:

Ha ha.....what do I know, I thought the Warriors were specials even before three players were stood down ! 200 is like 2 1/2 hours pay so no, definitely not rich. 200 was a tip for Kerry Packer , now that was a rich man !
Earning 160k annually is a pretty good wicket

No one's really mentioned some shocking passes by Granville. Since someone mentioned it a few weeks ago, I kept a closer eye on it. One went over Parker's shoulder for an error, another one in the next set (Parker also), two in the same set for Thaiday and one kind if dribbled on the ground Hoffman-like. His service might be fast, but it's not accurate.

as pleased as i am with the win....our defense was fucking atrocious...i dont care if hoffman is 5/8 or fullback, reed is in or out or kennedy had a good game or not, our defense was softer than a midget trannies rectum.

Out of curiosity, how do you know how soft a trannies rectum is? Rectum... damn near killed em.

I still can't get over the missed tickle by Ben Hunt on Mannerung as he walked straight passed him.

If you go back and watch that again, it's actually Thaiday's fault. Thaiday doesn't slide across to cover Townsend, which means Hunt gets left trying to defend Townsend and Mannering, who is hitting the hole. By the time Hunt reads the play, it's too late and Mannering is already through the hole. There was nothing Hunt could do.

I wish I could do one of those video break down things that Sterlo does with the arrows n' shit.

The best thin about his game is that due to circumstances it was pretty my this boards dream pick. The stars aligned and almost all the positional changes we'd been suggesting all season had been forced, and the team showed amazing improvement IMO.

A Few points tonight

1. I may be one of Marnata's main haters but i was very proud of how the kid played tonight. Safe as house's under the bomb!
2. Hoffman back to FB, Barba to stay at 5/8 and Copley to stay at left centre!
3. Thoughts on dally m? My boy benny hunt surely had to get 2 if not 3 points?

Sorry cant blame Thaiday for that one clearly Hunts tackle but then again it's a matter of opinion

The defensive structure calls for Thaiday to slide. Townsend was his man. Thaiday was too slow to come across, so instead of sliding aswell, Hunt had to come in to the threat of Townsend. Sorry man, it's not really opinion, it's how the structure is.

Fingers crossed Hook cares about his career and, for the most part keeps them.

1. Very safe under the high ball, but couldn't catch a pass to save his life last year, go figure.
2. This. I don't think it will happen re Copley, but we looked so much better last night.
3. He's in that perfect category for the Dally M where he is basically the only go to guy.....if we keep winning he'll go bloody close. Especially with the way the Eels are playing. My current tip remains Hayne although Thurston will be sniffing if he keeps up his form from the other night.

... and some people complain about Barba's defence which, incidentally, I thought was pretty good for his first run in the halves against a formidable set of forwards and backs with both size and speed.
