You're being a bit tough. He has a point. Slowing down play-the-balls by lying all over the ruck is completely against the spirit of the game and ruins the spectacle.
Slowing down the play-the-ball through chicken wings, grapple tackles, rolling pins, shockers, and spockers is apparently fine.

Good effort by the city of Darwin to sell this game out considering it's primarily an AFL town. RL continues to stand up and hold it's own in places you'd least expect.

There was a perfect example of attention to detail (1%ers), or lack thereof, when Leilua dropped that ball earlier. As the decoy runner, he was too lazy to actually have his hands ready for the ball, even if it’s just to sell the decoy. Ball goes to him, drops it.
