More of a Molly at the moment. Maybe he should don a skirt.
Richie Benaud: Molly Milford....who is she again?
Faye Dingaway: I think she reads the news?
Richie Benaud: Thats right........SBS

Jeez Titans were bad just now vs St Merge.

Next weeks game gunna be a blinder....

I'm an idiot who cares too much about this team though, who lets its results impact my mood all week, and who still put his name in the ballot for tickets because watching us be beaten by the Titans in person will be so much easier to take... /s

They weren't that bad considering they played with 14 men for almost half the game. The match was really fast paced and the GC will cause some serious problems to the slow and clueless Broncos next week. Letting Tanah Boyd go was really unfortunate, he looks a hell of a player.

At least they'll be able to hear you with almost no one there. I'm surprised they even want fans there for this reason

1. Milford
2. Issako
3. Farnsworth
4. Niu
5. Coats
6. Dearden
7. Croft
8. Lodge
9. Luke
10. Hass
11. Alex Glen
12. Oats
13. TPJ
14. Paix
15. Teo
16. Kennedy
17. Offa

Milford has the raw talent to become a gun fullback ... he just doesn't possess the desire, determination or work ethic to make the transition

The pictures below are what I’m talking about.
Also, I want to preface this by saying I no longer think this is just a problem with Flegler but a squad wide issue.View attachment 8218
Here Flegler gets isolated, sets his feet way to early and gets beaten by Fonua Blake then comes back to commit a silly penalty
View attachment 8219
View attachment 8220
Here he makes first contact and fails to wrap the ball up resulting in an offload for Manly
View attachment 8221

Here both he and Oates watch as Lodge and Haas wrestle with Jake Trbojevic rather than coming in to take his legs.
Ha ha, the last still shit takes the cake. Talk about a long bow!!!!!

Oates was able to take the legs but how the **** was Flegler supposed to do that? Levitate over Haas and Lodge and dive in at his legs, all before the much closer Oates moves?? Jesus, wtf is wrong with you? That's ludicrous (your last still shot) to try to prove Fleglers inability on 1% plays. ****, talk about an agenda.

Here's my ideal lineup at full strength

1. Nui
2. Coates
3. Stags
4. Farnworth
5. Issako
6. Dearden
7. Croft
8. Hass
9. Luke
10 Carrigan
11 Fifta
12 Glenn/Oates
13 TPJ

14 Paix/Milf
15 Kennedy
16 Oates
17 Offa

** Oates getting the minutes in forward before taking over Glenn when his retired

** Flegler needs to be dropped and understand the new rules. His our Penalty giver

** Paix wasn't he a half in the lower grades before making the move to hooker. His shown no kicking game from dummy half. At least we had Macca help out the halves.

** Tanah Boyd should have kept him instead rather then Paix. His coming off the bench for the Titans as dummy half but showing more talent with his kicking.
Flegler? Penalty giver? 3 penalties over 6 games this season and you think that qualifies for the title Penalty Giver? Ffs, get me 100kilos of the gear you're smoking. Just for a laugh, tally up the penalty givers in our team and see where Flegler sits on the list.

Have taken a punt on dearden and paix , and let Walker and boyd walk . can't keep them all but knowing our luck those decisions will backfire on us.

I'll help out here:
Penalty Giver No 1 Lodge 5 penalties from ONLY 4 games
Runner up. Carrigan with 4

Three penalties for the season for Haas, Boyd, Coates and Flegler but but but Coates only played 2 games to equal Flegler with 6!! So, who is our worst Penalty Giver? Yes, Lodge. Flegler is not an issue for penalties.

You wonder why it seems you unfairly have an axe to grind. Please don't deflect with, it's the 1%ers. Just say, **** I think I was wrong and he really isn't as bad as I'd imagined.

Again, easy to say from a couch but for this match, in attack i would be giving them very simple instructions. If the player next to you has the ball, you should be up there with them.

Fullback: Run through and give the forwards a support option that isnt flat footed. Even if you dont get the ball the first 15 times you run through continue to do it.

Hooker: for forward hit ups, skip out and engage the markers so that they dont pick our forwards off. For the backline straight pass out to the half. Without delay.

Middle forwards: get deep and catch the ball at minimum 50-60% sprinting speed. Find your front if the ball is wrapped or look for a safe offload if arm is free.

2nd rowers: get deep and run a slight angled run between the centre and half (or half's inside shoulder if it is a pre-determined second man play). Run through that gap when ever the ball gets wide whether you get it or not.

Halves: get deep, kick the forwards out of the backline (cant stand this middle forward passing to a half to start a backline, they are too slow and fool noone). If it is a longer backline, the halves should link. The half takes the ball to the line at speed, aiming to get on the outside of the opposing 2nd rower and engage the opposition half. Vary response to this shape by using eyes up footy and either dummying and running, hitting the second rower, hitting the fullback sweeping, going directly to the centre or putting a kick behind the line.

Centres and wingers: position yourself to get the ball on the outside of you opposing player. Chase kicks, call for kicks behind the line when the defence is using up and in or aggressive line speed out wide.

If we can manage these basics we can try to attempt more challenging shapes.
I like your opening lines. I wrote the same thing quite a while ago only mine was a team slogan or goal which I would absolutely drill into their cores. It was No One Runs Alone. It'd be up on the walls and first session of day one training.

That pay day ruined Milford. It’s hard to get up and train when you’re sleeping in Egyptian silk bed sheets.

So what about this photo
F95E0F01 8B9E 4B4B A4C5 F9E4AD451E8A

He was literally right there with his hands on Jake and didn’t finish it off.
Also, as I said, I no longer think this is a problem with Flegler in particular but I was merely providing the photos to show how I originally came to that conclusion

The big problem with those penalty counts is that they don’t include 6 again calls, which would otherwise be a penalty. Flegs has definitely given away his fair share of those, but without rewatching every game with a pencil and notepad, it’s nigh impossible to get a proper overall picture of what’s going on.
I see your point Big D !! My point is though that people, myself included reach false conclusions when we are too lazy to fact check. Lodge is our worst offender giving away 5 penalties in two fewer games! Even Coates is worse with 3 penalties from only two games compared to Fleglers 3 from six games. The six agains, well I wrote immediately after our first game under the new rule that I hated it because refs can now orchestrate whatever result they want without oversight.

So what about this photo you condescending fuckwit.

Well, you plainly were wrong weren't you. Nothing worse than a coward failing to admit they are wrong.

So Lodge and Haas holding him in a vice grip isn't enough. Ffs. Flegler probably thought the same as Oates, the guys have locked Troybitch up, no need to risk another guy out of the defensive line, better to get back on side.

So how does that make me a coward?
That's your takeaway? You call me a condescending fuckwit but that's cool(some truth in that he he) but get butthurt by a bit coming back at you. Muuuummmmm, he called me a coward!!!!

He doesn’t need to risk being out of the defensive line, all he has to do is wrap his legs up until lodge and haas get him to the ground then he has all the time in the world to get back onside
