Don't think so, I was under the impression he had a four year deal and would require a payout and that would be on the cap.

Papalli pretty much indicated he is going to sign another contract with the raiders tying him up till 2024 so rule that one out.

i tend to agree; my sources down here (bloke i met at Irish pub on weekend) said the safe money is on him re-committing to the Raiders. Blood is thicker than water but some compromise will be reached between the 2 parties that should see him stay here in Canberra...
