Q-CUP Queensland Cup 2021

Gees if you want to watch a fullback just destroy a team get hold of Jayden Campbell Tweed v Pride game.

298m
three tries
one line break
17 tackle breaks

Defies belief. The kid is doing special things.

53 tackle breaks now in five games. He was only play local GC comp last year.

First try loses his feet, gets to his feet beats guys then kicks for himself and scores.
Second try- short side, kick chases and changes direction at the same time to score.
Third try-second receiver and just goes through with pace and beats the fullback easily.

i'm assuming he is signed with the Titans

Such insight.

The son of Dally M Medal winner Preston Campbell is on the verge of a stunning NRL debut after tearing the Intrust Super Cup to shreds.
Titans livewire Jayden Campbell is edging closer towards an NRL call-up for the Gold Coast following a hat-trick of tries for Tweed Heads.

After missing an entire development year in 2020 due to COVID-19, Campbell has found his feet in Queensland’s top competition.

Has Dearden been playing any QCup, and if so, how has he been going?

Three games, he was alright last week in a big win over the Hunters. Nothing try just chased a kick.

Paix is improving all the time, he is more robust now and more sure when to run. His try was easy but what he was doing was looking up and knew no one was there in front of him- he wouldn't have scored that 12 months ago.

Starting to have some line breaks and try assists for Souths.

Is this not an opportunity to have a crack at getting him? They have brimson, surely they’re going to feel the squeeze soon.

Development players are only allowed $60k you won't feel the pinch there. He won't be costing them yet. He has 21, 22 and maybe 23 to go at the Titans.

I've seen some bullshit send offs with this head high tackle crap, but the one i've just seen in the Cutters and Pride game is a complete joke. This rule is disgusting and i am almost done with watching League. Its pathetic.

It’s a travesty,

If it wasn’t already, AFL is about to mop the floor with nrl. PVL is without doubt the worst thing to ever happen to this sport. AFL was already picking up the casual nrl fan but even someone like myself who never really watched it outside of finals, I’m really enjoying watching it and switching half way most weekend nights.

big trouble on the horizon.

Yep, I always loved the Lions but these days, I can tell you who all the players are, who is elite, etc and watch a number of games each weekend. I can't even tell you who is playing for whatever team in league at present. I'm sad because this sport was everything to me growing up.

Souths Logan game is also the televised game for anyone interested to check out Niu, Oates, Milf, etc.

EDIT: No Milf

We're seeing a lot of U/21 players make their debuts across both competitions. Was their a rule put in place similar to that of the NRL? Or is it just the natural progression of the season ie players getting injured, young players earning a call-up.

Any reason Milf isn't playing for Souths today??
