I think the biggest part that annoys me, but doesn't surprise me, is the fluff piece he wrote after Trindall was arrested. I get that Trindall didn't crash into anyone but from memory, he was convicted of drink driving as well as having drugs in his system....where was the outrage and the call for him to miss the season? To put it in NRL terms, the injury should not determine the punishment.

Because no one from the media, the club or the code made it clear he was not being punished for being in a car accident, but for the two unrelated, and fairly routine, traffic infringements. None of them explained he wasn't off his head, instead they insinuated it was the cause of the accident, and not just any accident but one that injured a child. Never mind that Ezra, also, was in an accident, and could've been killed. No concern for his welfare. Because he's a drug fiend. He doesn't matter.

Ezra's passing has levelled up. He is playing so much calmer too. More to come I think but has been fantastic since coming back in.
Yep his playmaking looks to have gone up a gear so far, which is great signs.

I'd like to see more running from him now.

I think at the moment if the ball comes out to him, he's susceptible to getting jammed by the defence and he's happy to just stop and succumb in the tackle... he needs to have a bit of Luai / Munster about him, where if they jam him he looks to step back and bump them off and then look back infield to run.

I dont want him to go full Luai, where all he ever does is step back off his left and head infield, but those Munster runs where he can bump off and then becomes a threat back infield and floating across the defence starts to put some doubt in the defence happily coming up to jam him.

Would also love to see a show and go from him... he had one a couple weeks back against tits which was only just stopped. But it doesn't look like that run is natural to him... Dearden has shown how devastating it can be for a guy that has some power through the hips, which Ezra does
