If cleary was to get coach of the year it may have been 2020... but he's had a gun team since. (as well as then)

There were a few people picking raiders for bottom 4 this year (mind you they were just podcasters). Sticky turned that team into minor premiers... thats a good achievement...

everyone knew they were cannon fodder come finals (obv) but still a good coaching performance IMO

Yeah I dont disagree that he should have won. Pretty easy decision. I just think somebody like Cleary should have got it 1 of those years. Maybe after the 3rd premiership in a row could have just taken off the bloke that did win it lol

Would be alot easier if the awards were given out after the season was over.
