Paulo has been awesome for Samoa this game... his ball playing has been elite

Far more involved than he was last week.

Samoa getting a game in last week to blow out the cobwebs has been hugely beneficial, even though they did cop injuries out of it

Toddles starting the 2nd half with some game management calls... 6th tackle six again on a clear milk and ignores a clear knock on

That's a great try from Nanai... all off the back of horrendous effort on To'o to let him beat 2 and make 20m and then also get a quick ptb

Did we break Penrith? Cleary looked off last night, To’o is off today. Yeo went off before he could show he was off last night and Walsh has taken the 1 jersey off Edwards.
Has Cleary ever excelled at rep football?

Feel like that is a game management call as well... if Tago played for Tonga that would've come back.

But also ... how the **** does Koula drop the ball there... ****ing hell

AFB been poor
I'd have Eli Katoa as worse to be honest... has been deadset invisible for a guy that is the best second rower in the comp.

AFB has been making some inroads at times, but doesn't have anyone in support when the arm is free.

Also leading meters for Tongan forwards.

Getting thunder around the city now... game might end up getting delayed until the storm passes

Gee Todd Smith has let Samoa get away with a lot of junk around the play the ball and marker area

Dunno what it is, but Tonga's concentration levels seem way down. Doing a lot of simple stuff terribly.

That was really poor from Tonga.

Looked like they would have no one at dummy half, so Tupou has to run in there quickly and then does a nothing dummy half run (probably because he hasn't run from dummy half in about 5 years as he's always getting it passed to him on tackle 2 runs).

That's usually the job of the half nowadays, which would be Iongi... one of the risks of not having a genuine 6 in the squad
