Can you read? I already said besides that one which I made when I was pissed off with the barrage we are copping. Every other post from and others around Kevvie has been along the lines that we love him as a player and for how he got us back after the wooden spoon but agree it was time for him to go and he didn’t have the next level as coach. How is that hate?

Seibold’s biggest ****up was not dropping Boyd, who wasn’t even trying and literally stepping out of the way of blokes running at him and falling over on purpose to avoid making tackles.

IMO he was doing it because he felt bennett’s honour had been insulted by his sacking or something, he was literally trying to white ant the career of his father figure’s replacement.

Because he could tell Gordie to stfu and speak about something else but he obviously is loving what CONEHEAD is doing. Even when Kevvie was here CONEHEAD was blaming any woes or failures we had on anyone but him. Also CONEHEAD’s inside info from the club has largely dried up since he left which is why fox sports have to resort to making up narratives these days. Not that I watch it but I do read the comments on here from people who do.

I’ve said a few times I think he deserved one more year but am now glad he never got it. He is obviously bitter.

Thats exactly right, the comment was made that no coach would be able to do better with our injuries.. I just gave a few examples of other coaches who have had injury riddled seasons and are doing better than us. Kev in 2024 is one of them.

Reynolds definitely should have been told to pull the pin last year and it was obvious that was the case in season last year.

But we also leave guys who should be priority signings until late in the year and the further it gets to November 1, the more you start to worry.

Currently, most of our very best players are gettable in about 12 weeks' time - Willison, Mariner, Jiki and Piakura are all free agents very, very soon. Even some very good players in Karapani and Mozer as well. If we lose any of them but especially the first two - we are in all sorts.

There are a lot of Nov 1 players holding out, it is not just Broncos players. Given that the new broadcast deal has just been announced and the deal these players will be signing will be for 2028 as the first year it makes sense there hasn't been a lot of signings for that year. Unless players were looking for a percentage of the cap, which Dearden has in his contract which is 12% of the base cap, if the cap goes to $20M he will be on $2.4M per year. I can understand clubs and players holding out until that cap figure is confirmed.
 
Madge needs to get a positive reaction for the remainder of the season that's for certain. I actually hate how much the media hound him. Sure there's issues he's responsible for but our injuries have been next level and they have really shown just how bad our depth is.
