Polamalu, Farrior and Harrison will all break their legs after a 3 way interception attempt from the intercept king - Eli Manning.

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) -- Brett Favre's latest retirement lasted all of three weeks.
The three-time MVP has done about-face for the second time in as many years and will play for the Vikings this season.
If the wait for Favre's decision seemed neverending, it was resolved Tuesday in a few short hours: the 39-year-old Favre jumped on a team plane in Mississippi and was picked up at the St. Paul airport by coach Brad Childress himself. The two drove to the team's practice facility, where Favre waved to hundreds of cheering fans.

Childress is such a douche. Short term solution to a long term problem in Minnesota. Favre is the biggest douche of them all, the Vikes have two decent looking QB's dueling for the postion and Favre ruins it by coming back.. three weeks after he said he wouldn't.

Favre is too old now. Vinny Testeverde is the only QB i have ever seen play well at that age. This really isn't the solution the Vike's needed.

A step backwards IMO. He's getting too intercept prone.

lol. he's "getting" to prone?

He's the all-time leader for interceptions thrown.

if theres a god, he hates the raiders.....

just got this email from a think i subscribe to:

Hi Folks,

Brett Favre will get all the news today but this is a BIG story: Raiders WR Chaz Schilens will miss 6-8 weeks with a broken foot.

Link: http://oak.scout.com/2/889656.html

Clipped from the article by Michael Wagaman:

Chaz Schilens was having the best camp out of all of Oakland’s wide receivers and was making a strong push to be the team’s No. 1 wideout. That all changed Tuesday when the second-year player was running a route, planted his left foot to make a cut then immediately felt a sharp pain.

“I couldn’t run anymore so I knew something was wrong,†said Schilens, who hobbled out of the Raiders’ locker room with the aid of a pair of crutches. “They told me my fifth metatarsal broke, so that’s it. We’ll see how fast I heal, see what they can do.â€

Typical injuries like this take 6-8 weeks to fully heal. Surgery is an option to expedite the process but several physicians prefer keeping patients in a walking boot or cast and letting the bone heal naturally.

[[[[[[[[[[[[ OUR VIEW ]]]]]]]]]]]]

Bummer as Schilens was a guy we were loving as a huge undervalued guy. He was on pace to earn the #1 WR spot in Oakland and was looking great in camp. Granted, that's not like the #1 WR spot in Indianapolis or New England but he was vastly undervalued in lots of drafts I've been seeing. Looks like we'll have to wait now to see who emerges in Oakland

this guy ripped the cowboys last week. this is bullshit!

LOL. I meant more so then usual. He doesn't have the accuracy that he used to, and he was never even that accurate... Lol

I wish he didn't play last year. Way off the mark IMO.

Favre is old and showed last year his body cna't handle 16 and play at a high level.

Vikes will still not do any well, and Brett is ruining hislegacy.

GB will boo the shit out of him!

Went down to Runaway Bay yesterday to watch the Sting Rays vs the Bears. One of my mates plays for the Bears, otherwise I wouldn't have driven that far.

It was obvious that it was the first game of the season - very scrappy.

Anyone who is interested - next weeks game is at Grosvenor Park, Browns Plains at 4.

My good mate plays TE for the Sting Rays. He won the Sun Bowl MVP last year too. Hes trying to get me to play, but work gets in the way. He didnt play yesterday tho.

anyone see Chad Johnson kicking for the Bengals against the Pats? he kicked a PAT and then kicked off haha

or soon to be "esteban ochocinco" apparently.
