2014 Broncos Season

We have no idea what the best solution is, no one does until we get to trials. The best option we have will play 6 and it's foolish to suggest otherwise. Griffin is fighting to keep is job and some people are running thinking that he will throw in someone that isn't he best option just for shits and giggles

On another note, Thaiday has a boxing match this Saturday night with the biggest Australasian footy player, Ben Tameifuna who weighs 148 kilos. He's a rugby Union prop who made the all blacks squad. The more exercise he gets, the better haha

Does Josh McGuire remind anyone of Shane Webcke?

McGuire has the build of a great front-rower, hits the line hard, is extremely passionate about the Broncos and is a great competitor on the field.

I'm not comparing the two as Webcke is one of the all-time greats but I think McGuire has the potential to become the next great Broncos front rower.

McGuire is one of a few broncos I'd hate to ever lose to another club.

Kahu was a 6 in juniors good passing game!! YouTube him on Keebra Highlights! Kids a freak needs an opportunity to show his skills he a 6 or 1 !

Hate to break it to you but if he's a good 6 he'll only have one year In it, at least with us he will
Unless we drop Barba or Milf to QLD cup of course

He's looked the goods ever since his debut season. His best games have come when he's played big minutes, almost like he knows how to pace himself properly. When playing shorter minutes he can give away a stupid penalty, like he's trying too hard. The strategy may be to avoid burning him out as he's still young. I'm not sure if he has the lateral movement to play lock in defence, and one of his strengths is he can get up to a decent speed in a very short distance, which is more suited to a prop (as they normally have less room to move) IMO.

Kahu isn't the worst option I've heard for five-eight. he looks like he is more of a natural fullback/five-eight than a centre/winger.

I just wish there was more of an opportunity to trial him properly before the 2014 season.

Or Ben Hunt (Most Likely)

1. Barba
6. Kahu
7. Milford

This is if Kahu plays great and Hunt plays awful for the entire 2014 season.

3 trial games, plus the nines this year will be a fair indication I reckon...
