When are we getting this ball rolling gents (and ladies if you're out there)? I assumed it'll be conducted on site again like last year.

There's not really much organising that needs to be done, right? Ladder just needs to be reset and the updated fixtures entered for the season. Wouldn't be too worried about missing out, still 2 months until the season starts.
