Because he was 19th man and taken to Sydney... may as well have him sitting in the box with the other broncos people that travelled.

Like you've said we have no injured players... so who else would've travelled that he can sit with them in the crowd?

Norths not playing so he's not missing anything, KW thought a chance for him to have a trip.

Willison, he's had one big game since coming back from injury. I'm a big fan of Willison though

He's deceptive too, he takes a lot of runs that only result in 8m so won't ever show up on stats but he gets a great play the ball and Norths attack on that and score.

Do you think he is trending a direction where he could consistently come off the bench next year and give us good minutes? Or will he need more time cup before being in the NRL side consistently?

There was Shalom Ofufu guy from Vic who played in the trails and was impressive. I can’t seem to find any news about him since then. Is he affiliated to any of our feeder clubs? Can someone share info around him?

Played one game for Wynnum Manly and they was it. Not sure why, maybe just can't make the team.

Walters asked if Reynolds will retire next year:

“No. He will be here longer than me I reckon. We have seen some great signs from him this year, particularly the last couple of weeks. He just knows how to get the boys around the park. He is enjoying himself and he is tackling well for the first time in his career. It is great he is playing against his former club. I remember way back when I changed clubs from Canberra to the Broncos. You want to win and show everyone you are the player you are.”
“We went after Adam hard because we needed his experience. His rugby league brains. He has been great for so many players at the club and the coaching staff as well. I’m not so much surprised that Souths let him go, but we went down there to get him and we got him.”

Solly:

“The uncertainty around our cap position and Adam’s understandable desire for financial security for his family, it was just a matter of timing. We were really clear at the time to Reynolds that our challenge was our salary-cap position for 2023. No-one knew what the salary cap figure was going to be for 2023 until Christmas 2022 - 18 months before we were negotiating with Adam in early 2021. Adam is playing really well and we are happy for what he has done at the Broncos. Lachlan has also established himself as a first-grader with a really bright future. Both players have done a great job.”

The way Nicho and Kaylin got around him on the outside the last few weeks has to be concerning though . Laterally those guys are much quicker .

That is now the obvious channel to attack .

It really isn't concerning that two really quick players beat a fullback one on one. If you've ever defended at the back, or even watched a lot of those exact situations you'd realise that the attacking player more often than not beats the defender. At best, the fullback would slow them down so the defensive line gets back and stops it.

Nah Coach ...

Walters asked if Reynolds will retire next year:

I was talking about the channel between Captn Coach Reynolds and Riki .
Not Recce Walsh bro .

Kaylyn and Nicho had supports on both sides of them that kept Reynolds guessing / stationary then beat him for speed on the outside .

And not necessarily the attacker beats the full back one on one . I`d say its more often the #1 makes the tackle if there is no supports to make the decision of who to take more complicated .

My bad, misread.

Not with that much space. Good luck catching anyone other than a forward with that much

The great #1s would herd the attacker to one side of the field then use the side line as their friend .

Only Darius and Teddy gey stepped in that situation .
