Certainly compared to clubs who aren't owned by newspapers. It''s crazy how much press the Broncos get to other clubs.

I actually think we can go all the way this year.
Recovery is just as big a part of the physical training they do in pre season, because it’s the adaptations to that training which get players to the point where they’re physically ready to play..It makes you wonder about the safety of intense physical training in the sort of heat and humidity in Brissy ATM at 1:30 pm.
Seems pretty stupid TBH.
I'm all for a tough pre-season, but surely player welfare is an issue in these conditions in the middle of the day.

One thing that I love about Madge is his voice isn’t irritating as **** to listen to like Seibold, o brien, Demetriou, Jason ryles etc

Article in the Tele where Payne Haas provides some updates:
- imposed a booze ban for himself for all of 2025
- great opportunity under Madge to do so ething special
- getting flogged in preseason excites him
- will be fully fit for round 1
- will be back to full training in a fortnight
- shouldn't have played game against Dolphins where injured
Hopefully the very high standards Payne sets for himself rubs off on your other players and they follow his lead.
Unfortunately as history will tell us, Seibolds style and game plans simply weren't suited to the troops Brisbane had and it went downhill.
Isn't he Muslim? They aren't supposed to drink right?
As for hoping his high standards rub off on others, well he's been at the club for a long time and if it hasn't happened yet, not sure where the hope is coming from it will start now.
