You might be onto something... I thought all the second rowers looked better today than Riki did in the All Stars... might've been a difference in quality across the sides, but they're all first graders.Played right side today .
Has played left previously . If thats the plan Jordies spot might be in the Q Cup ?
Looked fiitter and more focussed than last season .

The energy coming from Gos, Piakura and Hunt was way higher than Riki... and their defence was solid enough.
I don't think Piakura is quite ready for 80mins week in week out, but Riki should be a little worried given how much he's stagnating compared to when he came in after Fifita signed with the tits and ran a great line for a runaway try
As good as we were, Titans really sucked. Its going to be a long season for them lol.
He's extremely frustrating. When Riki ran into the back field took on the full back and ran past him I thought David who ?
I like the kid`s personality . But , his game development has gone back wards some how . He`s got skills but refuses to use them . Frustrates me .
They swapped really well - definitely workedInteresting both Paix and Walters are takin turns at 9.
His work off the ball was excellent- several times he was involved multiple times in each set- both on the ball and offUsing Te Kura as a decoy a lot so far.

Seems to have strengthened up over off season - not rag dolledWell done Mariner - this is why I like the kid - he might be as thick as a post, but he knows how to find the chalk.
They certainly did. Horrendous hit out for them i thought.Titans made it easy on them though.
Easily the best Hunt had played for BroncosHunt showing a bit.
He played a few good games last year. That's the problem with him: inconsistency.Easily the best Hunt had played for Broncos
Yep...it looked like he was playing outside the system, unlike Paix and Smoothy.I thought Billy looked like a solid back up on the halves. Done himself proud there but today really highlighted again to me that he’s not my kind of hooker.
He tries his guts out. He just becomes such a focal part of the attack when he’s at hooker, when he doesn’t need to be, nor does he possess the skill to take on that level of responsibility.
SorryHey Kate .. don’t forget that we try to keep all the cat stuff in the pet threads![]()
I thought the same, but I'd forgotten he's always been good, and sometimes even great, for about twenty minutes and then he goes into robot mode. If you recall back, the times he's looked good is when he did something 6-like out of hooker. But as the game went on you didn't see that again. His old man gave him more and more minutes last season and that really exposed him.I thought Billy looked like a solid back up on the halves.
