Meanwhile, in Melbourne:
Very true. That's one thing that's super pissed me off about our attack in recent years. Literally one out runners. No shapes. No support. No effort.Understanding Melbourne is quite easy. No one runs alone. There's always players in motion. There's an understanding in Melbourne that if there's only one 'on side' marker or simply one marker then the same play happens, run from dummy half knowing you'll have options either side. Every single Melbourne player is watching for it and it doesn't matter if anything is on or not, you simply have to run in support. It's a Bellamy expectation. In my opinion ha ha.
And we seem to always beat the Roosters but can never beat Melbourne
respectfully, nope to what?Nope
After that last game, I’d settle for them recognising that there are two try lines. One you’re supposed to cross and the other that you’re supposed to defend, you know, since they managed neither of those things.Even better: holding the ball while crossing the try line.
Looks like they all want to get home from a sterile and tedious High School class.
+ Milf being their highest paid player in the team, and their no. 1 play maker, not being in the 'leadership' group is a bit of a worry, and possibly suggests he is on the outer..
All of the above post.respectfully, nope to what?
In fairness, it's troubling that not one member of the spine is worthy of the leadership group. And, for that matter, only one back - and who knows how many games he has left in him.All of the above post.
It's a bad take.
So am I**** I’m excited for the season to start.
Yes, but he's not in the group. Well that's the official line.Wasn't croft taken on that leadership camp?
I don't think he needs to be in the leadership group as yet. As halfback he can still direct the players on the field and control the team.Yes, but he's not in the group. Well that's the official line.
He went to have a sleepover and get to know the others.Wasn't croft taken on that leadership camp?
Wasn't he shown in the leadership group meeting in the video?Yes, but he's not in the group. Well that's the official line.
Yes, but he's not in the group. Well that's the official line.
He better be Darren Lockyer or someone similar. That's what we need.unless the player is a Darren Lockyer or someone similar, they will very rarely be elevated straight into the leadership of a new club before even playing a game with his new team mates.
