Allegations against Bulldogs

I don't really think footballers caused this issue. The media were trolling for a story and got it.

Sure, it's not appropriate behavior, but I'd argue that this was a victimless incident. Different story completely if this was a passer by or a fan, but it wasn't.

Good Lord, man! Just like those girlies who wear short skirts out are asking for it, eh?

Accountability!

There's a huge difference between wearing a short skirt out in public and trolling for a story by deliberately trying to stalk a bunch of guys trying to get on the piss in private.

It's an extreme example but the premise is similar. Neither are uncommon nor unethical. If either are engaged it is entirely at the discretion of the second party. Individuals are accountable for their actions, and here the 'Dogs clearly have not taken accountability for their poor behaviour.

The media didn't open the window nor did they force any player to yell vulgar comments directly at them.

Was it a player who yelled out ?. I didn't hear that reported, is there evidence a player yelled directly at someone ? I thought that there was audio of some comments but was it proven to be a player ?

Sam Kasiano - identified by News Limited. Greenberg claims he was directing those comments at James Graham who was in the room at the time. However it was also revealed this morning that Kasiano was taunting the media beforehand.

They might not have been the ones who committed the actions, but they were certainly hoping they would happen. Women in short skirts don't think, gee I'd love it if I get raped tonight. However, if you asked the reporter if they'd like that to happen, I bet they'd say yes. Not saying the actions right, just that I couldn't give a shit because of who the "victim" was.

So Kasiano was yelling in the room but not outside, yeh ?So, the evidence, and that's all we can go on, is that remarks were made, recorded and then claims were made that the comments were directed at the media outside ? So Kasianos actions earlier mean that comments made later HAD to be directed at the media. Seems a bit weak on the evidence side of things. Not that the comments were good or anything.

I'm glad the real investigation wasn't based on media reports, and comments on Internet forums.

In its findings yesterday, the ARLC said: "Some of the comments reported by the media were incorrectly recounted and should not, on the evidence since provided, be construed as having been directed to the reporters.

I agree Nashy..looks like they just went on the evidence

So when the 'stalked' the broncos and the other 14 clubs, it was just luck that nothing happened???

Do we know how aggressive the media were following the other mad Monday stories?

Wouldn't put it past the media being hell bent on reporting a Mad Monday story and grasping at whatever straw they could.

While I don't agree with that statement, if it were the case the dogs were very obliging

Dogs were stupid and their reaction to the media outcry has been silly.

Still, the media is scum and it pains me to see them treat the code the way they do.

bulldogs got trolled by the media experts while being drunk . it could have been alot worse .
so the reports from who ?? said it was kasiano ??
