Honestly, does that not get basically everyone out? Outstanding ball. What a ball!
Is there a reason why every female commentator, whether Kayo, Channel 7 or Triple M, are all British?
29 overs and 1 wicket in a 4th innings on day 4/5. Oh and the pitch is turning and bouncing a mile.
Pull your head in and stop the bait posts.
Joe Root took 2/27 on the same pitch. Malan got it to spin and bounce too and took wickets. You're hilarious, the pitch is turning and bouncing a mile is it? Not the bloke throwing it down?
It's like you just can't give Lyon any credit what so ever. You're the Shane Warne of BHQ, except your target is Nathan Lyon.
Joe Root took 2/27 on the same pitch. Malan got it to spin and bounce too and took wickets.
Please tell me what credit you expect me to give Lyon? He's bowled 192 deliveries so far this innings.
The aussie women are doing BBL
Bowling Garry!
Did you know 66% (6/9) of his wickets this series have been either Robinson or Pope?Any credit will do, I haven't ever seen you give him any credit, to completely disregard his efforts and consistency, 400 wickets and all that, it's mind boggling. Even if he doesn't take a mountain of wickets the pressure he puts the batsman under to allow our quicks to rotate all day long and be fresh as a daisy, you can't just look at his wickets and runs and come to the conclusion that he's not doing his job.
Root got 2/27 in the 2nd innings when they were going to tonk, considerably easier to get a wicket or two under those circumstances compared to when they're playing back with a dead bat looking to survive.
You said earlier in this thread it's a pointless discussion and you were right, it's a pointless because you have this opinion and no perspective other than your own is going to change it, even then if he did manage to take 5 in an innings you'd probably just tell us it was shit batting or whatever, like you did in the last game.
Equal with Warne for most test wickets at Adelaide now, isn't he? Not bad for a spinner with no variation.
Hit wicket! Oh dear. Battling through 207 balls for 26 and to go out like that. Says it all about this tour for the poms
