International Cricket Council (ICC) defines an illegal bowling action as when a bowler's elbow extends more than 15 degrees from the point their arm reaches horizontal until the ball is released. This is known as elbow hyperextension.Seriously decided to double down without fact checking? Not the case. Hyper extension is not included in the 15 degree threshold.
