Great position we're in.. seriously, this time yesterday I would've taken the 0-0 series result but that burst of brilliant stuff from Starc & Cummins completely swung it (pun intended).

Call me conservative but imo, we bat ourselves to a position where losing the test is all but impossible and go from there. If we set them something 'sporting' it could blow up in our faces if the ball decides not to 'reverse' for us - which could very well be the case, given it is a very weird and erratic science. The pitch itself doesn't appear to have too many gremlins in, yet.

Posting an unreachable target would also enable Pat to basically set attacking fields for the entire 4th innings.
