I don't care if Rabs can't remember anyone's name or says the C word every now and then, he's still the best we have.
He brings drama and tension to the game better than anyone else out there. No other caller has the charisma he does. Not one.

Gould is annoying, but he is smart and can actually string two sentences together.

I'm completely happy with the Rabs/Sterlo/Gould trio. Everyone else annoys me.

Whatever the case, the following people need to be included:

Tallis (the only commentator I have ever heard end a sentence with the word "whatever".)
Daley (SHUT UP MAN, IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT YOU.)
Fittler (Never worked a day in his life, and never attended an English lesson at school by the sound of things.)
Johns (Not funny. Seriously, he's the least funny man I have ever had to listen to.)
Raymond (God he tries so hard, and it sounds like it.)

PS. Yes, Jason Costigan is an Aussie. A Queenslander actually, and yes he is annoying too.

Started writing in the Townsville Bulletin articles on the local touch comp and league (remember him trying to interview us many a time, was useless then to). He then moved back to Rocky and started doing sport on WIN, next I heard of him was when he showed up at Bulldogs as a media manager haha, then he bobs up in Auckland calling the league.

You think he is bad at the league, should hear him call the NBL in the off-season atrocious.

Yes I have had the misfortune of hearing him call the NBL - made me long to hear that dickhead ex-AFL player call it instead which is saying something (I can't think of his name now - he has a mo and is a tool - they are his distinguishing features!)

After an incredibly tough decision, at the moment I'd have to say Raymond (slow-mo Daz Eastlake) and Laurie Daley.

Honourable mentions to Braybrook, Costigan and Brandy.

Joey and Freddy actually have to show some sign of being commentators first before they can sit aside the above bunch. Perhaps Freddy could learn howte toa sturoeirngq a sentence together. Keep trying lads, you'll get there icon_thumbs_u
