OFFICIAL Bellamy extends contract with Melbourne Storm

I call bullshit on this story as it's Hooper and usually he is full of shit. Won't believe it unless the broncos themselves announce it in a press confrence. More like Bellamy's manager is using the broncos to up his price at the Storm as what a lot of players do
 
How are the only people in on this secret the Broncos officials, Craig Bellamy, Jimmy Hooper and Daniel O'Dowell on Twitter?
 
Milford will become a superstar under Bellamy.

He’s emblematic of the current crop, talented but doesn’t seem to work hard enough at things like passing to the right etc.

If Bellamy can turn Cronk into a great player; what can he do with Milford; Su’A; Roberts; Oates; Lodge; TPJ; Offa....fucking he’ll, the possibilities are scary.

I wouldn't write off this article just because it's Hooper.

He actually has a pretty good strike rate when it comes to signings and Kent has a very good strike rate when it comes to stuff going on behind closed doors at clubs.

As much as they dribble shit, when it comes to what's going on behind the scenes in the NRL and at clubs, these two have been spot on quite a lot.
 
Hooper is a tool but I wouldn't be questioning the validity of the article just yet, and this is coming from someone who makes no secret of hating literally everything about Bellamy's coaching style except his no bullshit attitude. The talk around Bellamy coming back to Brisbane has been permeating long before this article came to light, and now its appearance just makes the smoke look more like a fire.

Cronk turned Cronk into a great player. Bellamy failed with George Rose. That would have proven his worth as a coach but he failed.

Pretty big difference with George Rose.

Rose didn't want to do the hard work, he didn't want to commit. No coach in the world could save him.

Munster is about to re-sign with the Storm, so I doubt it.

This is why I think Bellamy isn't coming. Munster wants to be coached by Bellamy.

lol, that about sums it up right there. RL is full of these massive headlines because they know that the many less intelligent and gullible members of the fanbase (which is about 90%) will buy the newspaper or click on their FB page to read about it. Facebook is going off atm with this headline and every single person is believing what they are reading. It is total rubbish and will be confirmed as such tomorrow.

If Bellamy does somehow sign they can run with stories about ‘how far Bennett has fallen, this would never happen to the old Bennett.’

If he doesn’t it will be ‘the Broncos have lost their pull, they used to get whoever they wanted but not anymore’.
